Is there a minimum amount
of cards that I need to order?

Why do you sell
price per card only? Do you offer package prices?

will find our prices very competitive. We would
rather offer
discount prices without gimmicks or "special" offers. We want to
offer affordable elegance on any size order. |

charge for assembly? |

I don't
know what design to pick, Can you help? |
|
Try to pick your design based around the
photo you plan on using. First decide what picture you are going
to use. Then choose a finish for the photo, do you want an antique
(sepia), black & white, or color photo finish? And then all
you have to do is choose a card selection to match the photo. For
example if you are choosing a color photo, is there a prominent color in
your baby's clothing? If you have a girl and she is wearing pink
then you may want to choose a card selection that has pink in it. Make
sure to note if your photo is horizontal or vertical. This will also
help you select the best card design for your photo. We will

How long does it take to
process my order?

Generally it will take 3 business days
to create your design. And then three to four business days for shipping
(You
should receive your order within 10 business days of the ordering date) |

Within 7-10
business days. You will receive your cards via USPS priority
mail. |

Can I order
a Catalog? |
|
We do not offer a printed
catalog, however you can receive our catalog in a pdf for offline
viewing. Simply
email here
for a catalog request. Include
your complete email address. |

Will I
receive a proof before you print my order? |
|
Yes, via
email or fax. However, a fax image will not appear as clear as an
email image. |
|
Do I get my original
photo's back?
Absolutely! |

What type of clothes and
background are best?
|
|
Crisp clean
bright colors, without much designs or patterns work best. Of
course a discreetly naked baby is adorable! No private parts
showing please. |

Do you accept digital or
scanned photos? |
|
Yes, we accept
both, we do prefer a digital image. If you scan your own original photo, scan it at
minimum 200dpi and at 100%. Also, choose the auto-adjust feature before
scanning. If you email us your photo, it needs to be a minimum of 72
dpi. Although, we prefer it to be between 200-300 dpi. We can
accept files up to 5MB. If your email allows you to send large files,
set your digital camera at the highest resolution possible before taking
your photo. |

How many photo's should I
include? |
|
We suggest three photo's to be sent with your order. Please note your 1,
2, and 3rd choices. We will make every effort to use your first choice.
Due to programming, one photo may work better than another. We
will discuss which photo is in the final creation during our
consultation.
How do I send you
my image file?
You can
email your image file (jpeg, gif, or bitmap) to us as an attachment or
you may mail it to us.
(this will delay your order just a bit) |
How do I email my digital
or scanned photos?
1. Open your email program for a new email.
2. Attach your image file. (click your e-mail's 'attachment' button).
3. Please include your full name & date you placed your order

Can I use a
professional photo?
Yes, with a photographer's release form or send us your photographer's
phone number and we will call for an approval.
Note: By submitting your order, you represent that you have permission
from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and
that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any
other person. Also, by submitting your order, you agree to indemnify us
and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages,
losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and
costs, arising out of or relating to (a) our possession or reproduction
of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous
sentence.
Can you fix imperfections?
We have talented graphic artists who will work on your photo to fix
slight imperfections.
It would be best not to send a photo that needs a lot of touch up work.
Remember photo editing is free on all orders. You can send a color
photo and have it edited to become an antiqued or black & white photo! |
What do you do with my
photo?
We may crop, resize, or adjust the color of the photo. It
would be best to send a photo that matches the layout of the card you
selected. (horizontal or vertical layout) However, we can work with
both. It will never be reused in any manner. And if the original was
mailed it will be returned. |
What if I want to use a
different photo than the one I submitted?
It's no problem if we are not in the finals stages of printing your
card. It doesn't hurt to email and check! We want to do everything
possible to assure your complete satisfaction. |
Can I order additional
announcements after I receive my order?
Yes, we keep your order for six month before we delete it from our
systems. There is a 10% discount on re-orders if no additional changes
are made. |
