Reiki does not involve any massage therapy or body
manipulation techniques.
The practitioner will lay their hands on the you in a
gentle fashion, which helps you to focus and achieve a
deeper sense of relaxation. This helps you access
your own ability to promote healing in the body, mind
and spirit connection. During a Reiki treatment you are
fully clothed and may lay on a massage table or sit
upright in a chair.
Reiki can be used in conjunction with any other healing
modalities, conventional or alternative, has no side
effects and it is not meant to replace any medical
