Belly Casting & Organic Kits: are processed & shipped within two business days of the date you placed your order (You should receive your order within 7 business days from your order date)

Birth Announcements & Custom Card Designs:  must have an approved proof before shipment. You will receive a proof via website online review within 2 business of the date you placed your order.  An additional 24 hours may be needed to address changes. Once you approve the proof, You should then receive your order within 10 business days.

Soy Candles, Tarts & Votives:  are handmade at the time of ordering and will ship within three business days of the date you placed your order. (You should receive your order within 10 business days from your order date)

Ordering from our internet site is completely secure and easy. Our shopping cart has SSL technology that encrypts the information you submit over the Internet for secure online transactions.  Any personal information you submit will be used solely for processing your order. 4) Money Orders & Personal Checks

We also accept money orders & personal checks as a payment method.  We will process and ship your order after your check or money order has been cleared by the bank. We must charge $25.00 for any returned check.   

We deliver priority mail delivery confirmation:

Mama & Me is required to add  6.5% sales tax to any order SHIPPED within OHIO. You will be shown the sales tax amount that applies to your order during the checkout process.
 

 
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund less shipping fees.  However, if the return is a result of our error, the complete amount will be refunded.  Please call or email us with your intent to return.  Please include your name and order number. Custom announcements, invitations and cards are non-refunded unless an error has been made on our part. (remember you will be viewing and approving a proof, this assures you are completely satisfied with the design)

Return Procedure By Mail:

1) Call us or email  with your intent to return.

2) Within 14 days - Carefully package item - Include your name and order number.  If you no longer have your order number, simply call or email and we will gladly assist you.

3) Send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to:

4) Refunds for any returned items will be credited to the charge card used to make the purchase. If you paid by money order or check, you will receive a refund via company check after your check has cleared the bank.
